Well packed. No need of neutral wire or capacitor. Fast delivery, easy install, fits well. Has nice faint glow in the night which does not annoy, gets brigher when turned on so you can see it in the light. Works with certain thin gloves, but might have issues with very wet hands. Silent. Small issue, you have to click each button one by one, not working with 2-3 fingers at the same time (had similar product before that supported multitouch).
